Chef Dayanne loves the challenge of preparing the finest-quality meals for individuals who have committed to living a healthy life- style. She believes that health is made in the kitchen and she uses this motto to get inspired and creative in the kitchen while bringing the most delicious, colorful and outstanding dishes to the table.
Native from Uruguay and born to a Jewish family, Dayanne has a strong background in international cuisine. She specializes in vegan, vegetarian, raw and fusion cuisine. She has knowledge in kosher preparations and she has the ability to adapt her cooking style to any diet. Dayanne has developed her love of world cultures and cuisine during her travel journeys around the world. She credits her culinary expertise to the great teachers who have shared their treasurable knowledge with her.
Dayanne began her culinary career in Uruguay, where she owned a sushi catering business. In addition, she has overseen the kitchen of the Sivanada Yoga Ashram in New York state where she learned the principles of Ayurveda and Macrobiotic cooking. Over the past few years she has enjoyed providing her culinary services as a personal chef to different clients in Palm Beach and the surroundings of South Florida.
